JOB MANAGER, a completely integrated Job Cost Estimating and Accounting program. With this program you can update your job cost by entering a voucher in accounts payable, hours in payroll or invoices in receivables. It has AIA billing which is a feature  that lets you do the Architectural Institute of America G702 and G703 forms directly from your cost data. In addition to this form of billing, there are many other ways to bill including simple invoicing, job invoicing, order entry with shipments and finally you can produce an invoice directly from inventory.

 

What other features does JOB MANAGER have?

There is a feature called Quick Checks which allows accounts payable to produce a sub contractor check on demand. This feature will print a check, update job cost and your general ledger instantly. We have a full multi state payroll with union processing and the ability to provide for job cost burden calculations which allows you to add overhead calculations to all job cost entries. There is a Bill of Materials feature which will allows for the addition of an entire group of activities to a job with estimates all at once. My name is Thomas Persha and I am the president of BCC, Inc. and I have been in business since 1976 selling programs to contractors and some manufactures.  My programs have been installed in about 500 locations nationwide with the greatest concentration in Southeastern Michigan.  Not a lot of installations you might say and I would agree.  I have never been one to pursue volume.  Instead of volume I am looking for the long-term client.   Many of my clients have been with me for over 25 years a fact for which I am extremely grateful.
